Raw Steel, Cut to Spec
Heavy-gauge stainless steel is cut and formed in-house. Every panel, bracket, and mounting plate starts right here on our floor.
Step 2
Welded Shut — Permanently
Our welders seal every seam by hand. This is the step that makes SquareVacs impossible to pry open. No bolts to remove. No panels to pop. Tamper-proof starts here.
Step 3
Frame Goes Up
The welded shell becomes a full chassis — motor mounts, canister housing, and hose ports all take shape. This is where you start to see the SquareVac.
Step 4
Panels, Paint & Power
Riveted panels lock on. Motors, electronics, and payment systems get wired. Then it gets powder-coated in your color and shipped ready to bolt down.
Step 5
Your Wash, Your Color
Every SquareVac ships custom. Pick your color, add your logo, and it arrives ready to install. No two washes look the same — yours shouldn't either.
